The role


Bristol Medical School is seeking to appoint a full-time Senior Assessments Administrator to provide high level administrative support for the organisation and delivery of clinical and written exams. �


What will you be doing?


Working with the Assessments and Feedback Manager and the rest of the medical education student support team, including academic staff leading areas of the programme, you will play a central role in the organisation and delivery of assessments for the undergraduate medical programme.�


The Medical School runs PC based written exams throughout the year, and you will be involved in the detailed organisation of these assessments. You will liaise with staff to ensure all arrangements are made to deliver these exams, and provide on the day support for exam delivery. You will maintain and manage large data sets relating to exam delivery and results processing.


For clinical exams, you will support the organisation of these large scale complex events. Managing logistics, communications with wider staff and students, and on the day support will all form essential elements of the role.�
